PSA North of England
The PSA North of England is a support organisation for men with prostate cancer and their families. It has grown from small beginnings (in 1998 two patients met to discuss their condition, treatment and concerns) and has developed into an association of self help and local support groups in the North of England.

The PSA North of England is affiliated to a national association in the UK and to the Us Too! support organisation in the USA .

What do we provide?
  • We provide information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer.
  • We can tell you how to find out more about different treatments.
  • We can help you find a local group that meets in your area.

Additionally
  • We give a voice to all those affected by prostate cancer by raising public awareness and by making representation to appropriate bodies - Health professionals and government.
  • We liaise with other individuals and bodies to achieve the aims of the Association.
  • Whether you are a patient, family member or friend, through our Helpline you can talk in complete confidence to somebody who has been in a similar situation and understands how you may be feeling.
  • Our Helpline volunteers are specially trained and experienced in listening to people affected by prostate cancer. (Calls are charged at local rate)
